Christina Zegrean
Visionary/ Founder / President / Board Chairperson
Christina spearheaded the adoption idea by repurposing underutilized space in her flower market to foster excess cats from Rohnert Park Animal Shelter. Her vision and piloting of this program has created a network of feline enthusiasts who have helped rehome over one hundred animals to date.
Harriet Johnson
Strategist / Director of Operations / Director of Non Profit Operations
Harriet joined the team after welcoming a senior cat, Leo, into her home. Her 501(c)(3) work includes five years of local/district PTA roles. She founded SVHS in Petaluma as a new 501(c)(3) in 2023. Her many years as a seasoned team leader, business consultant, and 17 years in the Navy, greatly advance our cause.
Maria Giordano
Cat Whisperer / Director of Communications / Board Secretary
Maria volunteers as a Cat Care Partner at two Sonoma County organizations. She is devoted to rehabilitating and nurturing under-socialized, traumatized, and abandoned cats. She also contributes years of experience in education and administrative services, as well as a creative talent for authorship, innovation, and design.
Cathy Silberman
Director of Finance and Director of Fundraising / Board Member
Cathy, is a successful business owner with a background for high standards in animal nutrition and welfare. She is motivated and committed to help meet our fundraising goals. Under her leadership we will be able to expand our reach to help ensure rescue organizations and shelters have foster homes for their stray and abandoned kitties.
